I did Rugby parkrun today with friends. I liked it, reminded me of some of the Birmingham league XCs I used to do!

Went to do Hogmanay local parkrun (Lochore) only to see no one there as I arrived. And no wonder - so much flooding, and solid ice in places too. Should have checked FB first! No matter, nice trot round myself, and a lot of wading. Dunfermline was on and I could have made it there.

Today, I checked at least and had a lovely trot round Dunfermline. Would have been a nice double.

Went to Stratford to see ndellar but I didn't actually run the parkrun (they all did) I just ran a larger loop running some with MrsG
