Had all sorts of plans this morning, thought of going to Haldon, then Parke.

But wasn't feeling great, have a bit of a headache, so I went to Exmouth as usual. Despite wanting to stop three times in the first mile, carried on and finished. One and a half minutes slower than last week, but its not about the time

I met CW at Lanhydrock - with a bit of speed internet stalking I found the courage to ask if he was a Fetchie. 😂

Different course to before when I ran, same playful inclines.
