Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Exmouth today. Felt pretty good, was on for a PPPB until about halfway. I was passed by a runner who looked to be going fast, so I tucked in behind him. But he must have slowed down as I then did my slowest km. Missed the PPPB by 3 seconds. I blame him.

Still, happy that I'm running at that level and much improved on a year ago.

Transport strikes today, so no parkrun for me.

I'm racing 10K tomorrow, so OK with keeping the legs a little fresh.

Plean Parkrun earlier for a friend’s 300th, not a landmark but worth celebrating.

Just had a wee jiggle round, 10k tomorrow.

Not a landmark for me either but it was my 200th today at my local, Torbay. I helped with course setup and then walked around the route (I’m injured, currently), but I enjoyed it. I realised last week that IoW was my 40th location - I’d like to get to 50 but don’t have a plan of how to do that as my NENDY is a couple of hours away, so it’ll be relying on trips away and aiming to get a parkrun in if possible :)

Ran at Rogiet this morning. How they found a 3 lap course that is all uphill and all into a block headwind is frankly amazing
