I have a feeling that the 3:40 xx for Dawn was the predicted time, and that she hasn't finished. 20 minutes running this morning, divided into a variety of sections with very short walk breaks. Very sore hip flexors, nice and even discomfort rather than just one!

Very happy with today's run. 10k splits tell the story, althoughI I never felt totally in the groove I did ease into the run managing a negative split of 1.5 mins. Finished in 2:58:26. Good enough for 3rd England M60 and 3rd British M60. Honestly better than I expected on all fronts. I'm afraid I didn't meet hilly.
