First sea swim, in skins, of the year. Still rather cold but calm and clear. I'm afraid it was breaststroke only, and very brief, though!

Well done, LD. Hoping to get some sea swimming done in Devon after the Swoosh. If I can still work my arms.
Today I'm at Box End again, last very long swim before the Swoosh in 3 weeks time.

Well swum both of you (& everyone else). I need someone to push me in. Local beach isn’t its usual chrystal clear, doesn’t help.

2.4 km for me (the first half of katieB's swim). I think you deserve that lie down Katie.

4 times a mile for me as part of a 24 hour open water relay at Loch Venachar - started 9am yesterday and finished 9am today swimming one mile laps on each hour. 3 people did the whole 24 hours which was a tough gig as only about 30 mins recovery after each swim before starting the next one.
Conditions were fab besides a bit of chop in the first half and evil midges when the wind died down.
