I find her cues much easier to follow, and particularly to visualise if I’m not looking at the screen or have closed my eyes.

She's pretty good with right and left and mentions them often enough to help. I'm doing a lot of online dance classes atm and mirroring the screen with or without instructions can be complicated.

At least yoga tends to be slow!

I agree I do a lot with my eyes closed, especially at the start. I find I can tune away from the more waffly bits and just breathe - but what she says about daily practice is very true. I feel much better for (almost) daily yoga as much mentally as physically.

I know how much better I feel when I practice but it seems to be the first thing I drop when life gets busy
This needs to change

NSC I agree. It’s definitely a goal for 2023 to get back to regular practice.

Yes, i definitely have to tune out all the waffle as well!

I’m actually looking forward to doing an Adrienne session - I've been doing Kassandra for the last 6months or so.

I've done this the last few years but 2022 wa the first time I did pretty much every day and completed it all. I haven't kept up daily yoga, but do my own moves for stretching/recovery 2-3 times a week.

In again for this year, but I've also got a daily mobility challenge for January, though I think that's mostly just 10 mins, so not sure if they'll dovetail.

Going to give this a go for the first time. Watched day 0 today, really going to have to learn to tune the waffle out!
