Intro is ok. Sensible info abut general prep if you are new. Nothing too wafty.

Also it's a good question is WHY?
Why are you committing to this?

I wasn't going to bother this year, thought I had too much other exercisey stuff on. But finding your centre is a sensible physical* as well as mental thing. Being grounded is another way of putting it. I'm up for that!

*All athletic disciplines need it from throwing a hammer to running a marathon. From dancing and playing football of all varieties to swimming, cycling, climbing and walking etc etc etc. Even darts players need it.
