Day 11 done. I remember finding reversing the wrists really hard the first few times, it does get easier. I find blocks very helpful for lizard.

Day 5 was a hugger. My neck and shoulders were really stiff today, not sure it is the yoga. Did not sleep well last night at all, the wind was howling, and our highly strung Collie was howling back. Anyway it's clear that the hips and lower back are the tightest bits of my body. Leg baby was a challenge. That Flatlander seems to know what he's talking about, useful stuff.

That's very nice of you to say so kev-eats-owt I am not a yoga teacher, there are probably some teachers on this thread who could explain it better than I can. I have had some very good yoga teachers who have taught us well, giving us tips and explanations about how and why to do certain things in a particular way and get us to think about what we are doing. I pay attention and being quite "bodyware" I am able to put everything into practice (subject to what my body allows me to ). Plus, having a very scientific based mind, I can work things out for myself. Hope your hips and lower back gradually ease. |

Done Day 7 - Flow. Very nice, I enjoyed it. The Warrior sequence was very much like the sequences I did in classes. After what people wrote about Day 8 Melt, I'm looking forward to doing it this evening, it sounds as if it is very suitable for just before bedtime. |

Hang on - you've done two today. 10 and 11. And a swim. That's pretty good going.
