Day 8 done. Really liked that - felt like some really deep stretching of my hamstrings/hips/shoulders/back and good god they are all extremely tight.

Definitely an evening session, I think trying to do that session first thing this morning would have been frustrating.

I agree! Day 8 is an evening session, for sure :-)
I went through a phase of doing yoga both morning and evening - the evening session because I was finding it hard to sleep. It worked wonders.

With all these recommendations I'm now tempted to do one more day. I 'had' decided two and half hours of ballet was enough for this codger ... but a snoozy, stretchy session might be what I need after all that work.

Like the idea of deep stretching to be honest.

I loved that one - glad I saved it for after work, nice way to unwind.

Day 8 done this evening - I was glad as well that I left it till after work. Lovely and relaxing with just a few stretches to help ‘wind down’.

Definitely worth a try

Wow. Three lots of yoga in one day. I did Day 6 first thing this morning and was really looking forward to doing Day 7 when I got home. After reading the comments on the thread I realised that Day 8 would be exactly what I needed after my first day back at work after 3 weeks of leave, so I did both. Just perfect. I’m now nicely stretched and moved and melted.

I've done quite a lot today too! A 15 min mobility session called 'energise' when I got up, then another 25min mobility, plus days 6 and 7 of Adriene. Loved both of them, the abs stuff on day 6 was achievable as long as I made sure I kept my back down and didn't lower the legs too much, the flow was very nice and what I consider 'proper yoga' (though I know there's not really any such thing)
