Did day 7 last night. Loved it. I do love a good flow. My ribs were not enjoying chaturanga so will need to remember to go for the alternative.

Day 4, even the dog (my dog) just sat and watched with indifference!

Day 8 done ✅

A typical Adrienne ‘bring your pillow and blanket burrito’ session…
3 days worth of waffle so not one I’ll be repeating, but actually the stretches that there were were nice - even if a bit painful for me (fell arse over tit down outside steps yesterday, bit battered and bruised today, esp ribs/hips and arms). A good relaxing/recovery/resting yoga meditation session after a full varied first week, especially if you are new to yoga - would be perfect late/evening/bedtime session.

I've been enjoying daily yoga. Am slightly surprised at how more upright I feel from it all. Day 6 did nip my hip a bit, but today its feeling ok. I liked day 7. And it sounds like day 8 will be a good evening one, so I'll save that until tomorrow night.
It is very useful having the heads up about the different sessions as folk do them.

Agree - I originally wasn't going to try to keep up, but being able to talk about the same session other people are doing is keeping me motivated to keep on track for as long as I can.

Did day 7 yesterday, it was too fast for me. I don't like flowy stuff very much but particularly when she didn't explain it very well

I hope other 30 day regulars agree with this:

If you're new and miss a day I think it's better/helpful to stay with the sequence and be 'behind' a day or more rather than just skip that session. Adriene does build, there's a logic and purpose to the whole 30 days.
