I did a random one today - Move day 20. I like just doing whatever session YouTube comes up with.

Day 27 first thing. It was ideal.

Upper Back Love this morning. Didn’t really enjoy that. Felt like there was a lot of waffle and kicked off with Extended Child’s pose, which I really struggle with, which got things off on the wrong foot

Fair enough 😁 There’s something for everyone. My knees just won’t let me sit on my feet (or anything like) so it always ends up more like puppy pose for me. A good lesson in humility 😁

We all do what we can, and what our bodies will allow us, and most people are able to do something (which varies according to the individual). Glad to read that Fetchies are still continuing their yoga, either with YWA or elsewhere. I used to be able to do (with difficulty) a semi-advanced pose (not from YWA), but am currently not quite able to manage it, so I am back to how I was at the beginning of when I first tried it, having to practise it and build up the relevant strength. That was meant as an illustration of how our own bodies can vary over time, and can on occasions require perseverance to get to the desired point. |

Date Night Yoga this morning. I approached with a slight degree of trepidation but it was actually a really good all round session without (to my taste) too much of anything. I’ll definitely do that one again

Today's session is quite swift - no Benjiie though!

Tried Hero Pose this morning… Nope, my knees and ankles don’t do that! 😂

I did day 30 this morning. I don't like free-form, no verbal guidance sessions but I gave it a go and more or less followed along with what Adriane was doing. What a shame I wasn't looking when she threw in a couple of crunches and found myself having another go at plough instead.
