I have been there once, many years ago. I liked it. It would be really annoying if I didn't try it again now we live so close.

LindsD Jun 2024 10:26am, 20 Jun 2024 68,582 posts	0 LindsD Reporting back from my class yesterday: This was more strenuous than I really wanted after another poor night's sleep, but I actually mostly enjoyed it. A good mixture of flow and holding poses. I will go again. I was hoping for a massive improvement in mood, which didn't happen, but I did feel like I had worked. She didn't use the yoga names at first, but then did later on. SHe did a bit of correcting, which I liked.
