I haven’t done an ‘in person’ yoga class for a while, but I’m still doing a daily yoga practice at home.
Mine’s a combination of Adriene YouTube videos alternated with Yogi Flight School who focus more on arm balances and inversions.

I'm still doing one in person session per week at work (free) and then Adriene the other days. Sometimes it's only the 5 minute morning routine, but always something. There's actually another local class that I'd be tempted by but it's the same day as work yoga - if it was another day it would work far better!

Been doing Adriene's 2015 30 day stint the last week. Hoping to get through the full 30 days and then maybe find another online one that suits. Any suggestions? Space is limited and I don't currently have blocks (which I probably need for some static poses that need more hip flexibility than I have (triangle etc). I did do yoga for quite a while about 10 years ago, but essentially back to being a beginner.

There are several of Adriene's 30 day challenges. I worked my way through her back catalogue whilst waiting for new ones to come out each year. :-)

I'm lucky with space now but, for the first 3 years I did at home yoga (started during the first lockdown) space was limited. As long as there was room for a mat then I managed to make it work. Just meant a bit of adjustment.
Maybe a big book instead of a block?
Or a folded cushion - depending on the pose.

I've finally finished the Kassandra Yoga 30 day challenge - only took me 15 months! :-)

I've given the 20 minute Adrienne Beginners routine a go. I tried this before but couldn't get through it as it was too tough on my wrists. That was why I did the Kassandra set instead.

It's still quite hard but I managed to complete it this morning, so that's a bit of progress :-) I'll do it a few more times and then I'll explore some of the longer beginner ones.
