Bintmcskint Dec 2024 1:19pm, 30 Dec 2024 47,648 posts	0 Bintmcskint If anyone is up for trying something new in January, I've signed up for a series of 3 free live online classes with Yogi Flight School. 6th, 8th and 10th January at 4pm (though if you can't make it live they are recorded too) She is supposed to be very good at getting people doing arm balances and inversions. I know someone on this thread has done a Yogi Flight School course before (sorry, can't remember who!!) Anyway, this is the link if you're interested. (who I'm struggling to tag!) has been doing the one Little Nemo mentioned
