I left after 90 mins (after warmup but before doing actual arm balance), and am trying to hold back considered judgement until after the replay has been sent out and I’ve followed to the end (I don’t want to be «one of those people» 🤣) Positive: seemed like a great, specific warm-up for crow, way better than I’ve ever been led through before. But … the initial 1 hour, uff! Repetitive, nothing new compared to the prep video, and content anyway more suitable for a prep video not a live one. Fortunately (as was common with Zoom meetings during lockdown) I could make dinner whilst listening (I’m on CET).
