I’m a day behind as I couldn’t access day 15 this morning. I’ll catch up later this week though as I think there’s a short meditation as Thursday’s session.

Day 9 done.
I'm enjoying it. I love the repetition and the gradual building of elements.

Day 15 done. Skipped the alternate nostril breathing at the beginning, as just couldn’t deal at the time and needed some movement to calm my brain down. Really enjoyed today’s somewhat faster flow - and the abs are finally starting to feel like they are helping rather than failing!
I went back to do the breathing at the end - and actually found it worthwhile at that point. Do what feels good!

So that’s halfway!

Day 15 done. I’ve realised I actually quite like the predictability. What I suspect that really means is that this is all nice and familiar and within my comfort zone. That’s what I need right now tbh.

Day 16 is a nice one - some good stretches and I always like a bit of time in sphynx pose.

Does anyone else find it a bit slow? Or is that just to start with?
(I started about 10 days late)

You might be alone with that observation, Dio. I wonder if it's because although you're new-ish to yoga (I think) you're unusual in starting with current in person classes.

Other new-ish people have found it a little fast and the main observation (not just me) has been that it's quite repetitive this year. We think reflecting the title of Flow.

I started ten days late but did a load off days all at once *makes usual disclaimer that I don't work and am currently living alone and can please myself* so the 'too slow' feeling didn't occur.

Thanks for heads up about day 16, AL. Had late - very energetic! - dance class last night and a pretty busy day ahead but think a nice stretchy session would be just the ticket this morning. Don't want to lose my hard won caught up!

I found myself sitting on the mat just watching the video wondering when we were going to 'do' something. I also find it even harder to follow a video than it is to watch or listen to a real-life person. Doesn't help that it's on my phone.
