Jaks Jun 2023 11:03am, 2 Jun 2023 3,859 posts	0 Jaks I’ve just completed a 20min beginners yoga session with Adriene. I really enjoyed it. It’s a very long time since I’ve managed a session of yoga so I’m hoping to keep this up until I’m able to join in on the 30 days.
