Haven't yet done today's session. Am planning a restful before bed type thing for later. |

Thanks to whoever mentioned the Kassandra 10 min daily yoga sessions! They look to be just my level so I'll be doing these intermittently and adding on some stretches and planks. I might struggle with the mind bit, no way am I going to be writing a letter to me 10 years in the future. Future me would *hate* this |

Can anyone recommend a half hour Adriene stretchy session -hips and legs in particular? Nothing too energetic because this is supposed to be a rest day, but the last one I tried was just lying around with a rolled up 'blankie' and breathing. I should know really, I've done enough Adriene over the years ... but someone might have a good suggestion. Deep stretch. Actually there might BE one called deep stretch... Ta! |

There is a runners one - it has post run or cool down in the title, which I did this morning and is quite good; also Yoga for Back & Hamstrings is one I do quite a lot.

Have obvs done low back and hammies before... still got a full red line under the thumbnail. Looks the ticket though, will do it while my Ready Meals are cooking. (Syrian carrot and lentil stew - now on simmer)

Leems: I really like Kassandra's yoga. 15 minutes is sometimes just what you need. I usually ignore the affirmations but one of them I like. 'today I did my best, and that is enough'. Adopted it as my motto I've done her bedtime yoga probably 5 nights a week, just the ticket |

Morning! I've added the link to Adriene's June calendar in the sidebar. Sorry I'm late posting this month. I'm in the middle of moving house. Still managing a daily session on the mat, though. I swear it's what is keeping me sane |
