Ah, that's a bummer Nellers. Sending healing vibes in your direction ...
The duplication was only on the Fetch upload. C2 log is fine. It could be my mouse because I've had some funny behaviour from the PC of late so maybe there's something awry with the click. But it's been sorted so all is good.

Oh no, Nellers. That's so frustrating! Heal quickly. BRIC (hopefully in its more usual format) will still be there next year. There seem to be a few more indoor events going on this season, so hopefully something suitable will come along in the New Year so you can make the most of the work you've put in.

Morning all. After a warmup, 5,000 done today. The aim is to just beat myself from last time, which was done by about 5 metres at a slightly lower hr so job done.

I wouldn't mind some of that double counting Muttley π well done on beating your former self!
Sorry to hear that Nellers, you don't have much luck in build up to comps, I hope you heal quickly!
I'm continuing with steady rowing whilst watching videos, I used to enjoy watching triathlon 25-30 years ago and I found a YouTube channel where Bob Babbitt interviews some legends of the sport, so I'm quite enjoying those βΊοΈ

Craggy: Totally off topic for the thread but if you google "Legends of Triathlon" the IMTalk podcast presenters did/do a series interviewing exactly that: Former champions and competitors, race organisers from the early days, commentators, pretty much anyone who has been important to the development of the sport. It's only audio though, so maybe not quite fitting the bill, but it's good stuff. I've always enjoyed them

Nellers - sorry to hear about the injury. Hope it mends quickly.
Plodding along and gearing myself up for the Holiday Challenge which starts 26 Nov. Aiming for the 200Km. Have chosen a charity, so that is all I can do for the moment.
DarkHorse rowvember is now just a stream of daily emails with a workout attached. Today's is some sort of tabata punishment, with 3 rounds at increasing stroke rates. I have still only bothered with the first one.
The sun is shining here, if only briefly, so may get out on the bike at lunch time.

Brilliant, thank you Nellers! Podcasts are fine, the YouTube videos are basically interviews/chats so visuals aren't really necessary. They'll keep me entertained for a while π

I tried yesterday's, got two rounds done then the computer reset itself. So I stopped there. Today's might be interesting, maybe try it tomorrow see how things go.

Sounds like there are some different sessions amongst the rowvember workouts. Will be interested to hear what you think of the damper setting session, Lesley.
