I've been signed up to Dark Horse's mailing list for ages. He doesn't generally spam much. Most of what he sends out is training sessions/tips/advice, links to his YouTube content, and occasional offers for his personalised coaching set up.

I signed up even though I've not been on the thing for weeks and will not be intending to row daily. However I thought it might be a positive lockdown challenge to try for two or three a week, and I was interested to see how they might differ from the C2 WOD.

I'm not rowing everyday either but I was interested in the workouts, might give today's one a try later though.

Hmm, I might sign up, to bank some interesting workouts for the future. Not sure I could do today's though -- getting to 30+ spm is a bit too frantic for me. I struggle at 28. Which I suppose is the point of the workout ...

It's double counted again, for yesterday. How odd. I might drop Lord Fetch a line if it keeps happening.

Ah-ha, looks like the duplicates have been removed. Either by the system or by divine intervention. I did 10,000 this morning so we'll see tomorrow if that uploads once or twice.

Bric is off the menu AGAIN.

I've got a muscle tear in my back. Nothing serious but it means 2 weeks with no rowing then building back in gently, and BRIC is 4 weeks away. No time to get fast with confidence without rushing it and risking worse.

I think I'll be able to give the 2km a proper PB attempt before Xmas but we'll have to see how things go.

Muttley, was it the C2 Log that duplicated or just when it fed into Fetch?
