Nice progress in just a few weeks there Rog, will look forward to seeing your next 2k TT!

15k and the April Fools Challenge complete, I certainly feel a lot fitter than I did two weeks ago thanks to the challenge 👍

Great session there Sinj Well done mate.

And nice one Craggy for also finishing the challenge.

I rolled through my 15km before breakfast this morning and I just feel tired from it! Actually I don't. I just feel tired. I don't think its from the rowing. Ill do a smaller session tomorrow though.

Good luck with the 2k Rog, are you still doing the Pete plan?

Well done Nellers, I think we're all ready for a smaller session or rest. Guess I should start doing intervals again now.

Yeah, the beginners version. Not sure how long I'll be able to stick with it though (it's 24 weeks) - suppose that depends on lockdown/getting back to work 😃. It's great to have something to follow though and the time to look into all the tips and technique videos etc

It's a good progressive plan Rog, you'll certainly be very fit by the end of it! I did 3 rounds (9 weeks) of the Pete Plan last summer and it got me in good shape.

A rest day for me today 🍺

Replacement parts arrived today and it is indeed a complete new front end minus legs and monitor, so very pleased with C2s customer service! Christened it with a steady 5k and was surprised how quiet the chain is compared to my old one.
🍺 time now!

Yes a really good deal, very generous of Concept 2!

I did only my third interval session of the year today, I set out to do Pete Plans 8 x 500/3:30r, but I felt done in after during the 5th so I stopped after the 6th rep. Drive length was too short, technique went out the window and I'm sure my heart was trying to escape, but by the time I'd picked myself up off the floor I was already looking forward to doing it again 😁
Plus a 2k warm up and 3k strapless cool down.
