First run for six weeks. Chose not to run after taking fluoroquinolone and then got Covid-19 before Christmas.
Nothing spectacular. Just glad that the tendons held out and that I wasn't too tired after a gentle 4 miles.

Was gonna go out for a few miles but as there is park run tomorrow and garmin been bitching i am overdoing things opted to do a short Zwift ride instead before spending rest of day attached to the sofa eating and drinking

Did my 1h53 as planned. The snow is a lot harder. There is a sprinkling of new and there was some wind. Didn't seem to bother this cat, though.
