Still, the fireworks proved a useful diversion as, not for the first time, I questioned my sanity! 50 min. Good health, prolonged fitness and great running to all!

Run was pleasant enough as i get back into running slowly. Alas Vrap went there and if i had known i'd of gone to park run instead. It's barely down the road from home after all

I wasn't expecting any prompt ploughing, it being NYD, so I had a very short 2.4 km but still earned the brownie pts. Just my luck, a plough started doing the rounds when I finished.

Managed a WAVA 10k PB as well. A nice start to the year and my marathon training block for a April marathon A belated happy new year to all
