That's interesting, Sigh. Hope the advice from Garmin is helpful.

I tried it when I went to Singapore. I thought it was useful.

Garmin says I have recovered well. I have no events in the calendar.
Not sure why it thought a 50-minute run with 28 minutes, threshold, 10:10 was appropriate on battered legs.

Garmin says I should essentially be dead, my body battery was at 5 before my 5x800m interval run, my stress was high, my sleep was poor and my training readiness was low. Yet, I apparently only need 36hrs recovery now... 🤷😂

My Fenix 6 has just prompted that battery is low and do I want to turn on battery saver. Odd thing is I had only stopped charging 5 minutes beforehand and it claimed battery was at 95%. Weird.
Got me wondering, as the battery deteriorates over time, does the estimated life left reflect that? Mine has always stated 14 days on a full charge.

Sounds dodgy, maybe just didn't charge properly? Reboot and try again?

Yes, I would try a soft reset by holding down the top left button until the screen goes blank, release, and power up again.

Agree with the above.
The estimated life is based on the battery percentage and power settings, it never changes from its original optimistic values

You can select multiple days, I’d just check you don’t have both ticked.
