I have my grandmas wedding dress, but can't remember what hapenned to mine, might be in the loft. I might have a go at Vinted now @.B. has been positive, I have three or four dresses I shall never wear again (and a wetsuit, which no one has gone for on the for sale thread on here) |

I put several items on vinted a few months ago, didn't sell anything so ended up taking them to the charity shop.

I have some things on Ebay - rowing machine, reptile habitat - that are getting some bids. Other stuff - an old football table and bookcase - I got rid of for free on marketplace

Having spent the last month staring at (and trying to clean/dust around) loads of crap sorry I mean trinkets, love tokens, pictures, clocks, vases, used up air freshener things …. I am even more a fan of removing shit! How many shoes can one person have? And clothes? And sets of crockery? Pans …… If you have a house that’s a stupid size you will fill it! |

We were saying the same, we aren't in favour of dust collecting stuff but we certainly grew into our present house which is bigger than our previous one, although our new house is a similar size we are scaling down our (my) clothes and belongings.

@EvilPixie my experience depends on the charity shop I'd ask at the individual shops
