Wombling Plodder (Welsh Womble)
I have wanted to do yoga on a regular basis but never got around to it. Might as well join the party late - no excuses as I am still unemployed. Tomorrow I will commence.

Day 4 done. I don't mind her waffling, I think I'm too busy breathing like a steam train to notice it much, and it does keep me in postures for longer when I'd rather just whizz through. What does really do my nut in is the irritating swell of plinky plonky string music particuarly at the end - especially if I'm lying down, i just want some quiet to lie there a bit longer but I end up getting up to put the laptop on mute. Grump grump.

I thought today would be easy but I found it quite hard, my legs are tired after running this morning. Still, tis done. Tick.

Today’s been very busy preparing for a new kitchen installed from tomorrow so I just watched Day 0 and will start a few days behind from tomorrow.

Howdy and welcome all :-) Day 4 done and I really enjoyed it today, I just zone out at the waffly bits and concentrate on breathing or posture instead. Loved the rolling about though :-)

22 minute Day 4 just before tea and straight after a 5 minute 'Ab blast' courtesy of Jessica Ennis Hill.

I liked this one - felt it worked on strength and balance. I'm going for the hardest versions of everything she says at the minute - this is in line with my current work hard rest hard way of thinking.

As I have a rest day tomorrow I will delay Day 5 'til Tuesday when I hope to do a double early in the day (with a strength session early evening)

I'm feeling quite tired now - hard track session this morning and I've been working (that paid version) most of the afternoon. I think it's panning out ok, but can't be sure yet.

About This Thread

Maintained by Sharkie
In January 2016 fraggle decided to follow Adriene (of Yoga with Adriene fame -only she wasn't 'quite' so famous back then). It was the start of Adriene's second 30 Days of Yoga and fraggle started a thread and asked anyone interested to join in. I did, I completed the 30 days and I got a PB fpr my 60 metres at the end of it so it was certainly not detrimental....

ANYWAY

Fancy joining in with this year's 30 day programme - 'Home'?

Here's the link to Adriene's site, the link for 'Home' is right at the top
