My tolerance for waffling is low. I swear at her regularly. Very zen!

I love forward folding but hate that halfway thing. I never know whether I am flat or not.
Day 2 done. Was very bah humbug at the start but much better after.

I don't have the patience for waffling...(but that's just me!!). On the other hand, I can sit still long enough to meditate...though many years ago, I remember a time when I couldn't sit still for 30 seconds.
Halfway can be a weird one to explain... I've never come to halfway up when I do it, but more lengthen towards the front of the room, with my fingertips ahead of me instead!

The thing I struggle with, that really frustrates me is when you go from down dog and have to bring one foot forward to between your hands. No matter how hard I try I can never get it any further forward than below my stomach and have to pull my foot forward with the opposite hand.

That just comes with practice, I don't think I could do it in one smooth move at first. - but I can now. It probably helps if you are used to lunge walks (I am)

Swizz, Trin! - Just that move I presume (that didn't get any better)
But anyway that was BEFORE.
NOW is different for you, back to your best ...and better! x

I've just done day 1. HOME. Rather apt as I've just got home from our highland holiday. Apart from a few antics with Mad Dog Jess - see blog - I quite enjoyed the session. As suspected, I really struggled with the planks and anything that requires me to put any weight on my right hand/wrist. It got really painful and has stiffened up already even though I only did a few moments then fast forwarded through any other wrist/hand weight bearing poses. I liked the hand stretches though (eg holding the massive beach ball) and think they will be good for improving hand mobility.
