I agree with sharkie in terms of sticking with it. It’s carefully put together over the 30 days and there’s benefit to that. If you are finding it boring though fleecy then you gotta find what feels good
I actually found today tough. It’s been a tough day. Came back to hotel with migraine, slept for half hour then dragged myself out to local pool for a swim. Came back with full blown migraine and slept another 90 minutes then yoga. No dinner. I’m glad I did it though.

Well you got your wish anyway fleecy - only one downward dog in day 6 and you have to wait until past half-way through and no forward folds

Oh Jesus. That boat one nearly broke me. I appear to have no core. Something to work on.

I too have no core. Today is my first day back at work and I knew the only way I'd get day 6 done was by doing it first thing this morning. I was very much not in the mood for effectively a load of sit ups! However it's done, I showed up, even if I didn't find much that felt good!

I’ve just done day 4. I have a core it’s just that it is still hurting from the planks in day 2. I couldn’t lift both legs straight from the floor without my back arching or abs screaming so I did it with legs bent. Can an expert tell me if that was ok or should I do one leg at a time straight?

Ok well if there are limited downward dogs and flipping folds then I’ll have a pop at day 6. I have an excellent core, though it hurts from a lot of abs yesterday in bouncy floor class. Best do this one early before the DOMS from yesterday start! SS: I don’t remember what move you’re talking about but if there’s pressure on your back or something hurts too much then modifying so you can still feel it but it doesn’t hurt or put pressure on your back seems sensible. You’re still working your core
