Can't see me being able to do that! Just nipping to decathlon to buy a yoga block. Stack of about 5 might lean me far enough forward to get my arms on the floor.

I remember NDWDave's young daughter calling a rugby scrum 'the big cuddle-up'. I think a big cuddle up might be better for your soul than any amount of yoga moves x

I did some extra moves afterwards, and I could do the supine twist easily today with both shoulders o the floor, unlike the other say when I was stiff as a board

Linds, for me today's session was about being kind to myself, not pushing. It sounds to me like you need some kindness and if no one around you is being kind to you then it might help for you to be kind to yourself. Sending love x

LindsD, today's would be good for the soul. I liked it and have found the slightly gentler pace good for focussing on what I'm doing and how I'm doing it. I'm getting more meditative value from it too. Thanks to the gurus on this thread, it's becoming easier on the wrists too.
