Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well I'd have to get a 10-15min train in the morn (station is 2mins from my house so prob leave it folded!) then unfold it at the end....then cycle 7 miles, not sure about bike racks at new job but could possibly have locker I could shove it in....Which Dahon do you have Hann?

Mikuro, I commute by train and use a Brompton. It's much more train friendly than a Dahon and, like Hanneke, I can leave the roadies for dead on it!

I'd say go for a Brompton Mikuro, if you have to carry and fold it a fair bit every day... I only fold and carry once in a while and its a pain to carry for more than a few minutes...

I have a Dahon Helios, the top model...

If you buy clipless pedals JohnJ, you should have enough money left over for a tube of Savlon for your knees and elbows - dead handy when you're learning to use them.

Jules you read my mind lol. I remember Hanns post about the old folk she fell off in front of due to those daft pedals. I'll stick to foot clips me thinks lol
