I think it is time we have a thread for those runners who also cycle, road, MTB, commute whatever you do on a bike.<br><br>We can talk to our hearts content here about rides, races, training, gear, bikes and the like :-)<br><br>Let me start: Today I browsed 5 bike shops in Abergavenny to find a reall bright front light, so I can safely commute on the pitch dark countrylanes. I foudn one: http://www.allterraincycles.co.uk/p.php?make=nightpro#lightsrechargeablefront<br><br>Will be testing it for the first time on Tuesday, so will keep you posted...<br><br>I also got a new LS nike cycling top, with three pockets and a hood. Lovely for keeping your head and ears warm under your helmet :-)<br><br>tested it out this afternoon, it really is lovely! Feels like a second skin, keeping me warm without getting sweatty
