Sharkie Mar 2021 8:31am, 30 Mar 2021 17,789 posts	0 Sharkie White rye flour (to my surprise) plus strong white of course - but treacle, coffee, cocoa, carrot, butter and cider vinegar amongst the ingredients. Fennel and caraway seeds also.

I keep forgetting to post in her enow, last bread, funnily anough was spelt/rye, a bit of honey, you made a sponge first (the day before), then added more flours and more yeast prove it twice more, the bake, a bit of a faff, but tasty. No photos, we've eaten it.
