bbcgoodfood.com I use that, I use oat milk and no wholemeal flour. Not made it for ages though. Might have to do it again. If you've got no issue with dairy, then use buttermilk and don't add the cider vinegar, the combination of the oat milk and cider vinegar makes a buttermilk substitute. |

One thing I found, wet the knife before scoring into 4 sections, and go pretty deep.
