Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I've found it inspiring watching this thread from afar. Injury and illness meant that my WAVA dipped as low as 43.44% 12 months ago. I've battled hard to get to 53.50% and will be gunning for 60% by the end of the year. Fortunately, it's 28 seconds slower than when I last made it in September 2017 so I've got a fighting chance.

Well done! perfect time.

Never managed .00 before but have done .99 on 5 occasions (ranging from 56.99 (twice!), 58.99 and infuriatingly 59.99 and 64.99)

Well done LD you pretty well smashed the 60% there.

Don't be afar ascoey. Come in this 60% malarkey it's a good target to aim when...... well your old like me.

I'm liking this thread and the contributors. It's a nice quite corner of Fetch.

I didn't run today. I'm gearing myself up for Tuesday's round 5 of the EMGP and the Harborough 5.

It'd better not be shit!

Harborough 5 has a more favorable profile. It's a little more 'digestible' than the Weedon 10k.

It's a race I like with the exception of the start and finish being on a grassed field.

I'm looking for 8:12 pace.
