Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

I've managed a 64.57% over 10k (2016); a 63.14% over 5k (2015) - but I'm nowhere near those percentages right now.

That's more like it :)

60% WAVA paces - after my next birthday - don't look completely out of reach (up to HM at least)

IF I can do the miles I'm hoping to be able to do.

The way I have used the WAVA number lately is to run, and use that result to focus your training/running on. Last year I put a bit of extra mileage in at the start of the year, over the summer focussed on getting my 5k improved by 1% or so, a birthday helped, then used that to springboard up the distance to 10k and 10 miles over the reaminder of the summer into Autumn! It breaks a target down into a little manageable morsel.

I have 3x 60.x wavas and 5x 59.x. Currently sub-50 but hmm, maybe someday.

PS Fetch: I had to go to desktop view on phone to check that. Could wavas be added to landscape view on mobile?

@Rosehip - done.

@Dvorak - do you mean on the Race Portfolio?

@Ultracat - can you say what you're putting in, and which standard tables you're looking at? They've been updated a few times over the years. One of us may be looking at old data (probably me, I haven't updated it in a while).

Dvorak - assuming you're referring to the race portfolio page, the WAVA scores should be available in landscape now (but if not, let me know what phone you're using, as they all have different screen sizes).

I've managed a 64.23% over 10k (2015) and 62.17% over 5k (2015) - but like you Fetch I'm nowhere near those percentages right now. :(

...... i live in hope though :)
