Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

60.80% this morning at Coldham's Common parkrun. And that's with my watch measuring about 80 metres long. I'll take that!

Well done Columbia

Might take me a while but I'd like to be able to do a 60 again :-) History has taught me that 5k is the race for me, just need to get thinner and fitter

Well done Columba. I may or may not attempt 60% at 5 miles this weekend and at 10K the following. Will be my first 'proper' races of the year. To-date only ran parkruns, albeit 14 of them.

60.65% at parkrun yesterday
61.48% at 5 miles today.

Not bad as that was my first 'race' of the year, and my longest training run to-date was a solitary 5 miler in Feb.

Going for the treble at 10k next week.
