had a look at my 60% targets - for after my birthday in September:
I think some of them may just be possible, but are going to need a lot of work.

Interesting RH, I just did the same and the times look achievable for me. I only got a 52.48% from today's 5 mile race but I've been a bit rubbish lately, the only way is up now.

I only got a 55% WAVA from my race today (a 10 miler). Need to keep working on my pace.

The last 2 week's parkrun and my race last week saw me back over 60% so need to work at keeping it there

Dropped back into the 50s on last-parkrun-but-one, but dragged myself back up to 62% on Saturday.

I love WAVA, it actually makes you look forward to getting older.
Was a bit fed up as I had a poor run at Worcester yesterday but putting it in the Fetch calculator and I'm now happy with my WAVA of 62.75%.
