So, as mentioned previously, last Sunday's 5 mile race was my joint longest run of the year, and I had only ran 5 miles one other time, (training run in Feb).
As of today I am Fetch Bronze (60) standard:
23 Mar: 5K 60.80 31 Mar: 5M 61.48 7 Apr: 10K 62.31 (longest run this year).
Who knows what might happen if I could get fit...
