59.37% at parkrun this morning - looking promising.

I ran flat out on the run-in - couldn't have given anymore. I need 26:29 for 60%. If I run another flat one in the next few weeks I think I might just make it.

Bob!
I've hit 60%+ WAVA at every distance up to and including Half Marathon, most recently 68.39% at parkrun at the end of December.
Have never managed a 60% at Marathon Distance. I have a birthday at the end of this month, and Barcelona Marathon on 10th March.
4.15.18 will do it, I think I'll be targetting sub 4.

Just found this thread after reading Wriggling Snake's blog. Most of my recent race WAVAs according to my portfolio on here have been 59.xx so I'm not far off. I don't log all my parkruns as races on here but looking at those that I have done it seems the only one where I can regularly achieve 60% is at Harwich which is essentially a largely flat, tarmacked out and back along the prom. Something to work on I think.

Another one here directed by WS's blog. The highest I've ever got were 59.xx 2 or 3 years ago now and think that this may be the year I actually manage a 60. I seem to be mostly in the mid 50s with my parkruns but I know that if I can keeping going every week my time gradually improves.
