Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Things change GF and certainly have for you. It's the new now.

Good news last nights Banbury 5 I managed a time of 39:55 which brings in a WAVA of 62.07%. Way off my PB and not sure I could have given it more 'beanz'. But achieved my target. Grief I'm slow now!

Next round Corby 5 next Wednesday. A hilly one with a nasty finish. I'll give it a go.

Made 60.34 at the Edinburgh half and 63.63 a MND Strathclyde Park run for my first over 60% WAVAs ever. Suspect it was more to do with turning 54 the week before.

One good aspect of getting old CamBear. Mind you there are some very fast veterans out there. I was hoping they would get slower!

I completed the last in a series of three Grand Prix events which have been held fortnightly last Monday.
They comprised of two, three and four mile races around a fast mile circuit in Cutteslowe Park.
Iā€™m very pleased to have achieved 65.08%, 65.72% & 64.07% respectively šŸ™‚
Recent parkruns have not been so good.

Well done Gymfreak, and ER! I got 60.74% tonight so pleased with that. First time over 60% since last June, and Iā€™m running that race again next week, so hopefully I can do it again.

Good news GF. Job done.

ER is it because of crowding at parkruns? Club evening races tend to thin out at the start pretty quickly.

Got to be 61%+ Dein'chus next week.
