GG I’ve had several head torches which I didn’t get in with. I’ve got a chest one which I find better.

LL, hope you have a lovely time with your Dad.

I haven't run in the dark for several years now, but do have a head torch which allows me to adjust the angle of the beam. It also flashes red at the back.

Ran a nice easy 5 miles on roads this morning. There was light rain and it was very humid.

Pops in to say Hi,

its nearly a year since I hung up my trainers, gone so quickly.... sorry (not) for the parkrun spam yesterday :-)

Hope all are well, Im still walking a little when fatigue is not an issue but the bike is rare these days

Nice to hear from you RFJ good to see you can still get out walking in the fresh air.

How come you’ve given up the exercise bike is that boredom? I only ask because I got one when I broke my arm and it’s now gathering dust.

Today is a rest day. I've booked my Covid booster and flu jab for the same time, next Thursday at the local Leisure Centre.
