Every mile counts Jaks.
Well done Steve. I did a beautiful Dublin parkrun yesterday although it was very hard. Ran 10 this morning over a very tough hilly route.

Sweaty 10m for me
Run walk to feel with a quicker last couple of miles as a shorter run
Much better temperature than last few days but my hat was dripping so much youโ€™d think it was raining ๐Ÿคช๐Ÿ˜‚
Need to cool down before I shower!

Well done everyone for your runs, I've not been shy running in the heat this last week but I really cba'd this morning despite plotting 2 different routes last night. I decided to cycle instead and did 25 miles, it was very warm but on my return there was a bit of a breeze.

Well done EP for the rolling 365 day total. There's no reason why you can't do the 1000 for the year. Have faith in yourself.

EP, I would suggest that your target for 1000 miles should be for the end of November, or mid-December at the latest, because we all know that life can get in the way during December; that means you need to build up a healthy surplus of miles during the next 12 weeks.

LL, your post about running in Dublin brought back memories for me. Just 28 years ago, I ran my first Marathon - yes in Dublin. It was on the Public Holiday at the end of October. I even remember the weather - it was light drizzle, which was ideal.
