Well done Lesley for your long run. I hope you soon shake off that cough. I hope the wee man doesn't have any adverse reactions to his flu vac. I should be called up soon for my Covid variant jab, being one of the elderly, vulnerable population.

Well done Steve for your run/walk.

Well done LL for your intervals work out.

Well done Jaks for your run/walk, hilly trail10 miler.

No running for me today, just the usual Tuesday Farmers Walk.

Well done on a double figure run Jaks and on a hilly route too.
Good intervals Looby. I don't think you're in the cohort for a covid jab this year, only us oldies!!
You must be well stocked up on provisions hs as well as being strong!
Beautiful morning here ,( perfect for you FF !!)and so fresh at 12c. No running though, a weights and stretches routine instead but it doesn't quite hit the spot!

Thanks steve45, I checked the weather report (looked out the window) and I'm just getting myself ready to go out and make up for yesterday.

It was only 5 degrees this morning when I set off on my run. 4 hilly trail miles with my dog soon warmed me up 😁

12.36 miles done in the end. A lovely day for it too, pleasant running weather with a bit of breeze which didn't affect me because it was from the side going out and back.
That's a bit cool Jingle Jaks but nice running with your dog.

Well done Jaks and FF for todays runs.

This morning was 5 hilly circuits in the forest with 3 running friends.

I've got an appointment at the local hospital for a booster and flu jab, on 24th September. This is a week before the club's Solent Half Marathon, so I hope that I won't have any after effects.

Thanks Jaks and hillstrider.
I'm sure you'll be ok after a week if you should have any after effects hillstrider.

I did a hill reps session last night, very short reps. Enjoyable session. Was a lovely evening too.

Definitely a change in the weather now, was over 10 degrees warmer this time last week. Was very cold last night.

Good running today folks.

Lots of great running well done all.
An easy 4 for me today left it late the. Had to force myself out the door.
In the end I quite enjoyed it.
