Oops..belated Happy Birthday Greig! Enjoy the advancing years 😂!!
5k roads this morning, damp dark and dreary. Winter is something of a chore! If I hadn't been with my wife I doubt I'd have bothered and cut the short run even shorter!

Well done Steve for getting out for a 5k in the damp and dark.

Going off topic, the new foot-pump that a bought recently was very effective. The pressures on all the tyres was below the correct level. Just as well I checked them, as I have the MoT in a few days time.

The usual Fridays Farmers Walk this morning.

It's also damp and grey here in south yorkshire but planning to go out at tea time today.

It's the work Christmas 'do' tonight. I'm normally pretty sociable and I genuinely like everyone I work with, but..... I tend to feel a bit overwhelmed when I'm part of a biggish group in a resturant, it'll be a lottery who you're sat with, we'll end up in a busy town centre pub, I'll hate it as I have for the last 30+ years, so I'm not going. I'm more or less tea-total and I want to be at park run tomorrow. Bah humbug.

Two runs, 4 outside on Wednesday and 3.1 yesterday on the treadmill.

Hillstrider: I also had to use a foot pump yesterday on my car tyres.

That's 700 done.

Share some of those feelings @Donnie1 ... although work 'do's are now a thing of the past for me.

It's our running club's party night tonight, but I'm not attending. When I was younger, I used to love parties, but they just don't appeal to me any more.
Oh yes, I don't want to parkrun with a sore head.
