That sounds really positive Steve, hope you manage it.

I hate that kind of drizzle Jaks, good for you getting out though.

Well done in your 12 FF.

No running for me today either. I did a row and core session this morning and been for a long walk with the wee man on his bike. Time to relax I think. Our local parkrun is off tomorrow due to the annual half marathon taking place, I wanted to do it but changed my mind. Wee man getting his flu vac tomorrow so will have an easy day with him instead.

Have a good weekend everyone 😊.

That sounds like enough exercise for today Lesley.

I hope that the wee man doesn't have any reactions to his flu vac tomorrow.

I aimed for 12 today but cut short at 10:4 wasn’t feeling good.
There comes a point occasionally when I don’t think it’s sensible to carry on. It’s usually happens when I’ve over heated.

Sorry to hear that you weren't feeling so good during today's long run LL. You were very sensible cutting the run short. You may have been dehydrated.

How fab to get a spot prize Jaks! Sounds like it was a fab course as well, all in all a great morning!
Wise to monitor your body LL. Ten or twelve won't make much difference, you're doing more than ok!
Plenty of physical effort put in there Lesley, so enjoy a relaxing weekend.
5.5 miles run/walk in continuous light rain was actually perfect for outdoor exercise. Yeah, 500 shouldn't be a problem Lesley, I'm on 395 now which of course normally for me would be over 800 by now😂.
