All our marathons are "overseas" with the exception of St Magnus but not required a passport for any of mine.

A couple of non-running days before today's 7 miles. Lovely conditions, and some of the weeds had been cut down!!! (Went out with sleeves and legs!) But not quite feeling it today...However, pleased to have been able to get out and run.

YTD: 0860 miles.

Just a usual week so far but no improvements since medication trial started six weeks ago. Still struggling when HR reaches 120 BPM .Appointment on Tuesday with COVID consultant, maybe the low dosage needs to increase.

Four miles yesterday and 3.3 today, it was almost autumnal this early morning but at least dry.

Sorry to hear that there have been no improvements Steve during the 6 weeks you have been on medication. I hope that your appointment with the Covid consultant on Tuesday will prove productive. I believe that I have mentioned before that one of my running friends is still suffering from long Covid, and making very little progress regarding getting back into running.

Well done for your 4 and 3 3 miles.

Just the usual Friday Farmers Walk this morning.

As usual I've been reading but not posting. Well done everyone for getting out despite the ups and downs we suffer.
My first run this month saw me do 10.6 miles. I really haven't fancied running since our return from holiday despite wanting to run a time or two while we were away.

Ah Steve that’s not good to hear, such a strange virus the way it affected some of the most fit and active people in society.

Great running everyone lots of miles being logged.

16 mile long run this morning with the last 4 as a fast finish.

YTD 759 miles.

Sorry that you’re not seeing any improvements Steve I hope you get some better news on Tuesday.

Welcome back FF and hopefully the holiday blues will ease and show your motivation again.

Great long run MrHSc I was aiming for 15-17 today but settled on 12 one as I’m so tired I could sleep for my week off and two were out on the boat for a week and with the on going work at the marina it was fithy so it got window clean and cabin roof cleaned (the walk ways are really hard to do with the anti slip)

Now for a week of relaxing walks and beer garden stops and the off run inbetween (which will no doubt include a farmers style collection of provisions)

Well done FF for your 10.6 miles, and MrHsc for your 16.

Well done GG for your 12 miles whilst feeling tired. Enjoy your relaxing week off and don't overdo the Farmers Walk 😂
