200 miles to go and ive buggered my knee
Taking 2 weeks off and lots of RICE, also invested in a foam roller to sort out my legs in a desperate attempt to bet back out running. Im hopeful its nothing major , just some tightness in the ligament caused by tight hamstrings and quads, if i can be back out in nov then i have a slim chance of still hitting the 1000

I think I remember you
Lots of lovely people to be met at races these days! To think I used to go to a race and go home without talking to anyone
