I'm hovering ominously below the cutoff on 819, may move above it for the first time this week. Never run more than 500 in a year before, so this is all a bonus in a sense!

Went for my annual check-up at the Coronary Heart Disease Clinic this afternoon. All looking good 9 years down the line following my quadruple bypass surgery back in 2003. Keep on running folks.
