Mr. K. Not `racing` tonight - more pacing practice. ** Update - Not the best pacing ever - 53.02 - Spilts 5:29, 5:17, 5:19, 5:05, 5:07, 5:09, 5:06, 5:34, 5:35, 5:17 - Got carried away in the downhill sections & along Reading Road with the sun in face - was aiming for 60 mins. Saw loads of familiar faces. Good end race to finish off the series.

Rach E Nightmare race. Felt awful at 4kms, nearly pulled out at 6.5kms, don't remember the last km and collapsed through the finish. Worst 10k for two years, worst time ever at Yateley.
