Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs) Aimed for marathon pace of 7:27mm, started further back so exact distance ran was 13.15 and spot on at 7:27, rather windy in places but a good run, 1st in category & 10th lady.

surfingpasty Great course, enough water stations. The weather was perfect, cloud with a breeze. Started off just under 7min mile and built up over the first 3 miles to run 6.40 pace. Slowest mile was on the longest up hill leg with oncoming breeze and in the 12th mile just eased off pace but picked up again in the last mile.
